Crumbling Superpower: America’s Fatal Infrastructure Crisis | ENDEVR Documentary

Forced Into Motherhood – The Land of the Not So Free: https://youtu.be/wVUNjhE6Zis

Collapsing motorways, a flooding New York subway, and frequent train derailments reveal a critical reality: U.S. infrastructure is failing.

Decades of underfunding, lack of maintenance, and privatization have led to regular, high-profile accidents that threaten public safety and national stability. While President Joe Biden had allocated $1.2 trillion for nationwide renovations, structural vulnerabilities run deep. A significant portion of that budget has been legally obligated to states, however a portion remains frozen, pending decisions by the Trump administration.

This documentary investigates the immediate human toll of this systemic neglect across America:

– Jackson, Mississippi: Total water system failure left thousands without safe tap water, forcing the military to deploy and distribute emergency supplies for weeks.

– Pennsylvania: A close look at the state’s dangerously degraded and structurally deficient bridge networks.

– New York City: Outdated transit systems struggle to cope, with burst pipes and storms regularly sending torrents of water onto active subway tracks.

– Hawaii: Extreme utility neglect triggered a catastrophic electrical grid failure, sparking a wildfire that razed an entire town and killed 100 people.

Reason? All the tax money is flooding into millionaires and billionaires who never pay taxes and whenever republicans take the power, they totally ignore the critical infrastructure problems but being busy making themselves rich and destroying America

    The main issues…
    Taxpayers don't want to pay.
The companies making money on maintenance fight to prevent replacements.
And then there's pure greed. Republicans fought hard against infrastructure improvements.
26:00 the workers clearly are told another story.

Every Western country has this problem. We lived on cheap oil and gas since the end of WWII. We didn’t care about the environment and we could sell our overpriced products to developing countries in Asia and Africa. And we made us comfortable with this life. Our countries boomed. Now with China, India and other countries no longer needing our products, the global economy has become tougher and the costs to produce anything in Western countries has risen, we hardly can afford to maintain our infrastructure anymore. Not to mention building new one. Western countries are slowly but surely falling apart.

I saw a video here on u Tube recently on how governments throughout decades have brainwashed and under educated the population in the USA to believe the BS that USA is the greatest country in the world. For many of us in the rest of the world is pretty obvious that there are only few things great about the USA but also is in reality an empire that is slowly in decay. No health care ,no free education ,no social security are basic values that we enjoy and consider for granted. But the USA has money only for wars .

seeing toxic cargo being exploded because I guess it was cheaper is mind blowing 🤨 in EU you would have to carefully contain it and ecologically remove it. No arguing.

The Americans shouldn't worry about the crumbling infrastructure. They should worry about Iran, there missiles can crumble US anytime. So US needs to send more bombs and money to Israel so they can fight Iran on behalf of USA.
