From my own experiences with NoFap for weeks and months at a time – it really does feel like my baseline dopamine boosts significantly – horny as hell, but I also get a lot more done.
Some argue the post ejaculation clarity is a thing too, and sure, it can be – but in moderation and preferably with purely imagination.
I agree with Arnold that heavy weight lifting 4-5x a week, maybe at-least an hour each day, also seems to feel sexually fulfilling in a.. sadistic but natural way haha.

It’s sad that this a real issue in society yet it gets swept under the rug due to the amount of money behind it. And also bc seeking help would be incredibly costly its only going to get worse and more immersive sadly. Stay strong seek god and believe in yourself first. This is fascinating. I wonder about one confound though: Since 1998, the year cited in the studies, the other major change in western society is the devaluation of men as compared to women. Also the devaluation of caucasian compared to any minorities and since most studies are primarily done on caucasians, this is a question. I am not disagreeing with the information, but wonder how the other two areas are involved. I see much these days on the problem people are having in dating. I also see much about men avoiding women for fear of negative repercussions. It would be interesting to see a study on these interactions.
