Genuine question: why is it that men never take anyone to court for something that happened 10 years ago? A MASSIVE amount of seggsual assault claims from women are reported years (sometimes decades) after the alleged incident occurred, regardless of whether the defendant is a man or a woman. There seems to be a culture there, and it needs to be studied.

This is INSANE. Im sorry but if someone did to me what this woman claims he did to her, Id be absolutely terrified of it happening again and wouldnt go on to ACCEPT A JOB AND THEN BE HIS ASSISTANT FOR YEARS!!! Im furious as an actual SA survivor. It was my best friends Dad when I was 15 and I was terrified of ever going back to visit because there could be another moment alone he could seize to SA me again. I dont believe her at all.

One does not have to be squeaky clean to be innocent of very specific accusations. He might have been a repugnant jerk when they were all interacting but not a criminal one. This has to stop at some point. This is abusive litigation.

I'm sorry, unless there is actual eye witness testimony or actual evidence by any accusers of what they claim to have gone thru — for example, as is the case with the Epstein files — then I'm not buying what they're accusing. No matter by whom or against whom. Either there is proof for law enforcement to act on, or there isn't. And if there isn't, then there isn't. Period.

Im just throwing this out there…If I was assaulted by a multi millionaire Id be looking for money too. There seems to be alot of people in the comments who want to believe just because Brian is wealthy everybody who accuses him is lying for cash. This is how alot of celebrities try to defend themself. There has been so many people accusing Brian of doing disgusting stuff that its probably worth investigating.

Is he a freak? Yes, no one can deny that. However, even I a victim, has issue w/this one. She became his assistant after the assault is problematic for me. I'm seeing $$$ signs through her eyes. Sorry to anyone hurt by my opinion, but like I said, I was a victim once, by a cop, and I'm not on board w/this.
