Milk and beef prices rose because of drought and farmers having to sell off cattle. Don't eat so much meat and dairy, if at all.

that woman doesn't know how to use the scale readings correctly, everything was fine, 1.45 lb = 1 lb 7.2 oz, scale said 1lb 9oz (so packaging was a reasonable 1.8 oz)

The guy who talked about the Costco call and that consumers are moving away from beef and other proteins due to cost … feels like a coordinated plan aligning with Bill Gates agenda. I’m sure the war benefits BG’s “feed them bugs” agenda. So sick of this government and people running it!

I'm regularly shopping at local Costco stores and nothing is cheap and they become price gouging like other retailling stores. As I have noticed and nothing good to saying about Costco anymore. I feel hurt and disgraced by Costco and others shoppers feel the same. 😮😮😮

I just feel so heart-broken that Americans are finding out how much the rest of the world used to pay for these things regularly. Now, they have gone up for us too. Thank you AMerica, thank you trump, you demented orange, thank you Kegsbreath for cheering the demented orange on to an aggressive war that would have seen Hitler hung should he not have taken his own life before the final curtain dropped on his grandiose plans. You too, will find yourself sodden self on death row. And all the demented orange's regime, will also suffer from starting an unnecissary war of aggression – however, meanwhile, the whole world is spiralling into the greatest economic disaster we have ever witnessed in corporate focussed capitalism. Now that your regime has destroyed the global trade networks, enjoy…this is the product of your ill education.

It’s by design. Bring in 100m foreigners who need food, water, shelter, medical care, education. Then cut gas off which is fertilizer and transportation. Then kill cows and chickens and wonder why food prices are high?

Blaming the war on corporate greed? Pfffft how about putting the majority of the blame on that corporate greed as they were gouging us long before the war. Corporate gouges us deeper than a little bump in prices.
@Marty_Baggins

lady needs to figure out her scale is reading lbs and ounces. The store is using lbs and % of lbs. ie .50 would be .08, or 1/2 a pound to 8 ounces.

I have a receipt from 1/3/2025 where I bought 3 twenty-pound bags of basmati rice at $12.39 each. And I remember thinking then, "it used to be $11-something." Hence why I bought 3. I just checked and right now today it's $22.89. THE PRICE HAS INCREASED BY 84.75% in 17 months of Diaper Don's "Great" America. 🤬🤬🤬
