The internet used to be pretty good and then something happened. In this compilation I go through all of it: Google burying real results under ads and AI that recommends eating rocks, Facebook overrun by AI slop and like-farming scams, the absolute lunatics of LinkedIn Part 2, Reddit’s very passionate tree communities, YouTube Playables (yes that’s a thing), and Snapchat Spotlight which has somehow gotten so much worse since the last time I checked. I did not enjoy most of this research. I did it for you.

The guy who hires only men has a point. 20 years in the workplace and I can positively tell you that woman are MUCH more likely to let personal disagreements effect the work place. Most of them are quick to be defensive, let themselves get distracted by conversations they should be having off the clock. Which doesn’t leave them enough time to complete their assigned projects. Then they blame management even though, they themselves manage their time at work incorrectly. This also applies to some men who must have too much estrogen in their system because they get the same annoying amount of inefficient and whiny. You are always in eggshells around woman at work, or sensitive men. Which makes it hard to communicate much needed, direct instruction or coaching. I’m not saying that woman in the work place are competing unhirable, because there are exceptions. But I would much rather work with just men, more work gets done that way, therefore more effective and efficient, therefore saves money for everyone.

I like to call it one way mirroring. The act of judging/claiming on others what is obviously them. IE looking at a one way mirror, seeing the people on the other side but attributing yourself into them.

Surprisingly… Or maybe not surprising but certainly unfortunately- while holding true to my NDA and avoiding liable? There is at least ONE company that does this.
Now with that being said, during research and discovery, it certainly led me to strongly believe that it's more than just one.

I always go to the 3rd page after a lawsuit proved the 1st 3 pages are made to pay in some way 😢 this was like a decade ago and the lawsuit was in europe or something.
