A way to help your food go further is soups and stews (Not canned).
Crock pots and "instant pots" (not really "instant") are a great way to do that.
Now ,I am just an individual alone, but if I make a pot of beans or chicken
stew, it might cost me as much as $20 but it can feed me for 2 weeks. And,
that is a lot better than $3 to $5 per meal, along with more nutrition. That
pot of beans can be stretched even further by using it for burritos and adding
more nutrition, with lettuce, onion, salsa and sour cream. For a family of 4
it might be only 2 t0 3 meals, but that is Still a significant savings. 😁✌🏻🖖🏻

2 Cor. 3:17 "Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty." In Christ, you can find all the freedom you need. So today, come as you are and draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you. God bless you all 🥰🥰

Look up cultured cocoa, flour, milk and meats.
I hear we have fake chicken and salmon in the US already.

1:11 Soy, corn, and wheat. Much of that crop goes to feed the industrialized processed food system. Fat and still starving. 🤦🏽♀️

Most "Family" farms are having their land bought out from under them, more often than not they sign an NDA meaning they literally do not, or cannot disclose this publically. The farm is still "Family" owned, but only in name at that point. Wanna know which billionaire has been buying up the lion's share of that farmland? Bill Gates.
