I think you nailed it on the head in the first few min. GVF is for people who liked Led Zepplin enough to just want more. Not different, not new, not remixed, just as close as you can get to if Led Zeplin was able to release more albums of very similar sounding music today. Im 26, I never got to see Zepplin and rock fell off a cliff before I was born. so GVF is nice music to break up all the old records Ive listened to death. f'ing sue me

True story: I gave GVF a listen when their first album came out because I knew absolutely nothing about them and assumed from the name it was a female solo act and not a band. I was… very disappointed, not least because I've never really liked Led Zep all that much and GVF is the bargain-basement version!
Their rhythm section sucks ASS, their riffs are mediocre, and their songs are extremely forgettable. GVF is just white culture. I love Led Zeppelin, but can barely make it through a GVF song. I think most people hate them too, I never hear them on rock radio.
