I'm a mailcarrier. I'm starting to see in the nicer neighborhoods cars for sale, homes for sale and yard sales. I saw high end purses for sale. That was a major Recession indicator for me.

People need to start getting multiple side gigs or freelance work – and work from home if you can. Relying on just one corporate job that could lay you off at any moment and having a car now is not sustainable – what a horrifying prospect for those with families. These poor Doordash drivers – how is the cost of gas, wear and tear on your car, and the 1099 at the end of the year where you will likely owe taxes remotely worth it?

Most of us that reside in rural northern Sweden have a stock of food for at least 3 months. Some of us up to a year but yes we are certainly prepping more due to the usa – iran war.
