My opinion is that demons have told a gorgeous guy to ruin his skin and tongue and remove fingers and a leg and on and on and the demons are laughing as he destroys one body part after the next. It’s truly sad he did this but the worst thing is if he ever regrets it ! It would be harder to try to look normal ever again 😢
