I believe the best way to live is to serve others (helping the ones in need), be good, be gentle, be cautious (of your words, actions and thinking), and living your life to fullest without being scared or thinking about future .

    So

    1) Live in the moment
    2) Stop believing in God
    3) Disregard society
    4) Give up on productivity

This isn’t anything profound it’s the type of stuff people talk about at Burning Man

“There is no right way to live but you should stop believing in God and just go with the flow or whatever because society and corporations are evil. Also buy my VPN sponsorship.”

I was excited when I first clicked on the video but damn, you completely misinterpreted Dale. He (as an FBI agent) is defined by external values, namely the law. And as a literal character in a story the world happens to him as he has no actual will or authority of his own, and he understands that from a meta perspective.

Biocentrism IS the way to live. NOT anthropocentrism. The indigenous of North America understood this. We know what happened to them don't we.
Lose the Easter Bunny beliefs…we might get back on track.

What I wouldn't give to feel an ounce of the joy cooper feels from enjoying something as simple as pie and coffee…

Dale Cooper found “the Damn Fine Cup of Coffee!”
I wish I could… the coffee that they used to sell. (coffee flavored coffee),
coffee that smelled like bitter ass, grows hair on ones chest, and gets you the f*ck awake.

It’s this very Cooper you’ve described—in all his sureness and forward positivity—who is later stripped of his upbeat self-determination, agency, and left chasing ghosts in a dark and unforgiving universe where you can "never go home again."
