Dr. Gartner is right about a lot of things, but his grasp of history is a bit off. See 17:00 Napoleon's Arc de Triomphe was inspired by Roman monuments, not Persian. Moreover, it was modeled after the Arch of Titus (a Roman), not Cyrus (a Persian). Additionally, the Persians did not destroy Jersusalem, that was done by the Babylonians. Indeed, the Cyrus was revered by the Judeans because after defeating the Babylonians, he told the Jews who had been removed from Jerusalem by the Babylonians, that they were now free to return to their capitol and rebuild Solomon's Temple.

Anybody can read and understand the DSM5 (which describes psychiatric conditions). Plus, we have decades of observable behaviour, interviews, and third-party reports. We have much more evidence than a psychiatrist has in a 50 minute consultation.
