Fun Fact: The doctor who treated Garfield was Doctor (that's his actual first name) Willard Bliss. He was so bad at treating Garfield that the term "Ignorance is Bliss" comes from him.

I feel like they should have gone with Brendan Hunt in the mini series. That being said I’m halfway through and the actor they went with is doing well but Brendan Hunt would really sell the steep decline further into batshit at the end really well.

Oh yeah this was that crazy eugenics free love cult! I think the criticism of each other sessions are super interesting in being a precursor to the struggle sessions of Maoist China and self criticism that’s written into that doctrine.
