People say things like, “I voted for Trump because I wanted to believe he’d be the real deal.”
Which basically admits they knew he wasn’t, but still crossed their fingers, ignored every warning sign, and handed him power anyway, despite the crimes, the cruelty, the bigotry, the hate, the racism, the homophobia, the transphobia, pedophilia, all of it.They didn’t vote for a leader.

Impeachment will not do anything if Republicans rule the Senate.
Plus expect any and every form of cheating by Republicans in the midterms.
Republicans will not give up power without a major fight, then expect a lot of court cases questioning the results of an election.

I’m with you – I don’t feel it’s my place to judge ex-maga. However for the first time in my life I do judge anyone who stands by this administration after they’ve taken us know about the Epstein class. It sounded like they agreed with Trump on immigration not because it's the law but because they were duped into thinking that undocumented immigrants were taking advantage of federal social programs and that they were barred from participating in them because of the color of their skin.

In the late 1990s to early 2000s I knew an elderly German woman in the rural Pacific Northwest. Incredible baker, taught me to crochet. One day we got to talking about history and she casually mentioned what a nice man Hitler was, how much good he did for the economy — she'd been in Germany in her 20s during the war. I scooped my jaw up off the floor, said a polite goodbye, and never went back. 😮
She passed away only about a decade ago in the mid 2010s.
In 70 years, there will still be a few elderly MAGA people praising Trump the same way. 😢
