Energy, matter, waves, particles…
Labels for us to make sense of what we also label as the universe.

I think he’s not a physicist… there is a lot of pseudo science out there and all the new age people will watch a short clip like this and then repeat like it’s true „my brain is an interface for slowing down energy”. The problem is that the quantum world- of which presently we have a very imperfect understanding- does not directly translate to the macro world we experience. Things at the quantum level work differently to things at our normal, everyday, perceivable level. E=mc2 is about the relation between matter and energy at the quantum level. When you take matter and convert it into energy, you get things like fire or atomic bombs. So although there is a kind of logic being applied here, it is incorrect. And misleading. I think.

Are we talking daylight or artificial light? Sometimes lightning is seen before the sound and many have been observing starlight for centuries.
Perhaps the conversation is about how we might need time and space to keep up with our experiences.
A try to break down the science of relativety.
