This Man Executed 62 People Then Walked Away
What is the true cost of the death penalty? This documentary explores the complex moral landscape of capital punishment through the eyes of those who have lived it. From Jerry Givens, a former chief executioner who put 62 people to death before questioning the system, to families of murder victims who find themselves at odds over the meaning of “closure.” We follow the harrowing story of Earl Washington Jr., a man with an IQ of 69 who came within days of execution for a crime he didn’t commit, and the survivors of the Boston Marathon bombing as they grapple with the sentencing of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. It is a raw, unflinching look at justice, error, and the human capacity for both vengeance and forgiveness.

You purposely take a life, you forfeit your own. It's not complicated. You murder, you fry. Good fkn riddance.

It’s hilarious read the comments. All the people screaming about its murder literally can’t spell. But the ones explaining that sometimes it’s warranted use correct grammar and spelling.

People is the U.S find this as a solution. But I do not.
A person may offend yes, but that dose not mean that the offender has to be Killed just because he did. Two wrongs can't make a right.

To me the death penalty isnt punishment, it's an early escape. If a 30 year old gets the death sentence then they may have to wait a decade but their dead by 40 but if they get life without parole then they have to live without freedom and in max security conditions for 40-60 years. That's punishment

Those parents are really dumb. The criminals who kill and rape people don’t have any insight into their own emotions or the capacity to consider other’s emotions, thoughts, autonomy and freedom. They view physically weaker people as nothing but prey, at best.
At worst, they view them as living breathing objects to fulfill their own violent sexual satisfaction. Any negotiations are useless on the criminal, since they’re incapable of understanding the logic behind the situation, and the idea of respecting other people, in any fashion.
The ideal situation would be to analytical resolve who is most likely to hurt innocent people, and dispatch them before the crimes occur. This can be done, a methodology can 100% be delivered, today. Weakness holds civilized society back from this greater efficiency and true justice.
