I've missed you being on our screens dearie 🫂🫂🫂🙏🫶

It was my Birthday yesterday lol

But I'm glad you're doing better again. I can't remember the last message I sent you, my ADHD is kicking my butt with keeping track of absolutely anything… I'm losing track of days, time, items, ugh you name it. I'm getting worried about my memory, but I think that's due to everything as you know.

And obviously your well being on my mind too… Good luck with your recording in the studio 🙏🫂

Don't forget to reach out if you need or want to 🙏

    Love you bestie 🫂🙏🫶

Watching this feels wrong. I can't bear seeing the woman who helped so many of us through our toughest times via Psych2go be vulnerable and have a compromised mental health. If anything, this shows you're as human as the folks you help. I'm sorry that your voice was stolen. Take my word for it when I say that no AI voice, no matter how accurate it is to yours, can bring that same soothing warmth and comfort. You are irreplaceable, and so is your voice. Hope you're doing all better now.

This is the first time in years that I've watched one of your personal videos. Thank you for pouring your heart out, and sharing what's on your mind. Two questions, if I may; Does narrating for Psych2go offer an emotional outlet for you, and are there any topics for Psych2go that you've had trouble narrating in the past? Thanks. 🙏🏼

It is totally valid to have a panic attack when you are worrying about a loved one…even the strongest of the strong will panic if met with situations like that. My son had weird poop 💩 so I had to put him through a ct machine and ultrasound this week ….hardest crap I have ever had to do in my life:(…results show he ok Thank god. Now a colonoscopy for him but it seems like it probably be ok I am staying hopeful….stay strong I think winter hits most hard for sure cold sucks 🙁

Hey Amanda! I'd been having quite bad time and now I hear that you, dear, are having it worse. Just remember we are here for you. I will pray for you and your family. Im PK. I never knew that you were the calming voice behind Psych2Go's videos. Always thought it was this beautiful woman, and it turns out the woman, which is you, is actually much more beautiful than how I had imagined. I dunno how you'd feel about it, but my uncles have temples in Boston, MA. Maybe try visiting their place? Many people have visited their temples and have found peace. Just a quick reminder, Im not trying to push you or anyone over their beliefs, Im just trying to help you or anyone who wants to find peace.
Well, I guess you just wouldn't have much time for that, 'cause you are already having such a tight schedule and all the things going in your life.
Im just an ENFJ, who is also having bad time, but not as bad as yours, and my typical nature is to help everyone around or in contact with me. I guess you already know that.
    Take care.

Hey Amanda, Psych2Go is one of my favorite channels, mostly because I like psychology. And to be completely honest, I didn't think your voice was a real one. It's so peaceful and soft, but not boring — more like… friendly.

You can call me Xavier or X if you prefer. I'm working to become a rapper, M.R. V.E.X. It's an acronym. I’ve never actually made or distributed any songs 😅, but most people say that I'd be great. And MBTI calls me an ENTP-T — Seems about right.

Anyway, all I really want to do is talk. But if you ever want to collaborate or something, that'd be awesome. You could even help me through the world of making music. Regardless, you seem like the type of lady I'd hang out with.

    Take care,
    -X

Life does throw a set of curve balls. I mean, I really love staying busy with my Fountain House program by doing some unit work remotely, while living in Puerto Rico, as well as my set of hobbies, but I have some appointments to keep. That’s all there is for me. I hope Jamaica is okay. We the Caribbean family on different islands need to love each other from one another all we went through and all. We will be okay.

Good to see you angel. Heart.
As usual thanks for sharing the more difficult and raw parts.
I'll try to remember the tip about the ice or the sour tastes. It definitely makes sense with reminding the body to be in the present moment and to focus on it's other senses.
I think you're doing fantastic. You had a lot going on and you're still moving forward. Sometimes we have to slow down and walk a bit and maybe pause to catch ourselves but it doesn't mean we're doing poorly or we're not doing enough.
I myself am doing what I can with what I have been given to work with.
Like you I couldn't get past a High School qualification. My brain just could not take anything overly complex academically.
I make up for it by being a jack of all trades and a very outside the box problem solver.
I major in IT but you will find me playing baker, electrician, plumber, therapist, and general problem solver.
On paper someone would probably think I was a drop out student who got nowhere in life but I know I have made great contributions to the lives of those I have met along the way.
The way my brain is wired has been a gift but I won't lie it's also made my life more difficult.
I would not trade it though because I like who I am and love myself as well.
Amanda I hope you will continue to get a handle on the various challenges you face and that each day finds you closer to the different goals you've set for yourself.
    Until later. 🫶

can relate a bit, since i went thru two category 5 hurricanes here in Puerto Rico, first step is to take things one at a time and keep busy, dont let the mind wander into darkness…
