    They are taking a hiatus, A.K.A. I hate us. They wil then return with the $400 a seat reunion show on a revolving stage so everyone can check out the new Peter Pan nuthuggers.

    If anything Greta Van Fleet needs to fire their costume designer and their hair stylist ! and they should create their own sound . I just bought a used LED ZEPPELIN box set ( Atlantic -the studio albums ) , it is so great to hear LED ZEPPELIN after not listening to them for many-many years …Thanks Justin !💥🖤💥

    They've actually changed their band name to Freta van Gleet and will be a Greta van Fleet cover band who only play songs by The Honeydrippers. Brilliant!

    Greta van fleet have not peeked yet…they have good songs but they have not put out a classic definitive album yet…which they are fully capable of ..to hint at the end of the band when their band has not achieved musically that classic perfect album it kinda dumb ..yes they are a big band playing big venues but they have a ways to go yet…i am looking forward to that day

    Greeble Von Feeble, why do we care? Huge Band??? They are just Plagiarism At The Disco under a different banner. All these bands who can't do anything but poorly clone other people's work but not actually understand how to Craft a real song – just loop, loop, loop, stop (when they run out of words to mangle).

    Funny, I never thought of the Darkness as Queen or AccaDacca. "Permission" is a unique record. As is your Xmas song 🙂

    This is how I read the whole Rock and Roll is dead thing. It's like somebody originally opened a taco stand. And then the owner of that taco stand died, it was a award-winning Taco stand. Everybody loves tacos. A whole bunch of people opened other taco stands. And they're all wonderful taco stands. And then some young kids decide to get into the taco game. And they're really good at making authentic tacos. And then everybody's like oh my god, it tastes like the previous owners tacos who was really world famous for tacos. Oh they're just imitating tacos. We all f**** love tacos. I want more f**** tacos. I want young people getting the game of making authentic badass tacos. Or you could substitute Italian food for that. Or you can substitute authentic Asian food for that. Music is food to my ears. If they're doing authentic killer Rock and roll, give me more authentic killer Rock and roll. Oh and the Rival Sons have been doing that for a long f**** time. So get over the Rock and Roll is dead thing. That's like telling me tacos or dead. F*** you. Unless you're eating Taco bell, f*** you.

    Well, they have got everyone's attention. I was beginning to think the only bands in my feed for the next few months would be Angine de Poitrine, Rush, and Tool. Tool because they are ALWAYS there. 😂

    The guys always mess with their fans when they are about to release new music. Those of us that have been around since the beginning know this. A breakup you say? Hard to do when 3 are brothers. Liking what I hear so far. We've waited 2 years for new music and a new tour, can't wait!!

    If GVF go their separate ways, who gets to use "Greta" and who gets to use "Van Fleet" or would it be "Greta Van" vs "Fleet"🤔🤔🧐🥴🥴🥴

    You mentioned Billy I thought you were going to speak about the Faux Paul McCartney, or 'Faul McCartney' as hes known in conspiracy theorist circles🛸🛸😲😲🧐🧐😀😀😀

    To be fair to GVF, I did hear more than one influence in their early work. I was listening to an early track the other day (no names no pack drill), and I started singing 'Nobody's Fault but mine' or was it 'In My Time of Dying'🤔🤔🧐🧐😲😲🤭🤭🙄😀😀🤣🤣🤣

    I still love em though.

    After following bands through the subpop era and beyond, announcements dont trigger anything in me any more. Bands are gonna do what they do. Breakups often give us a shit ton more amazing music than staying together. Us plebes benefit as the music world marches on. Anyone saying theres no more good music being made today is an ignorant cur.

    I just hope their new stuff doesn't sound the way the frontman currently looks, with the shaved sides and mustache. I wonder if he saw Davey Havok's 'transformation' and thought he could pull it off? Just quit and admit you'll Never be Frankie Poullain.

    "Physical Graffiti" is my favorite LZ album, sides 1-3 are bangers top to bottom and then side 4 is like a cigarette after a shag well done. "Down By The Seaside" and "Ten Years Gone" are probably my favorite LZ songs, period.

    Whenever something is popular since 2020 it’s been garbage.. so suspect immediately they will be popular and then fall off.. some stick around. But when ur trying to re-ignite a genre or make pop music to get famous or trying to use music theory and math to make ur music its trash every single time.. go get influenced and make ur own style.. the more you look inward the better the music gets you are going against the music gods. They won’t give you anything original..

    There’s a huge difference between something unique or eclectic and something ORIGINAL like the band DIVO back in the day kids should watch the “uncontrollable urge” and “whip it live” those guys just played real instruments real singing live and sounded exactly like album and had the most goofy and unique thing but it was ORIGINAL and they had talent, passion, and discipline for the music not like Mr.Beast of music shit we hear now,
