I respect a vocalist who cares more about how they sound than look, so Jessica Simpson rocks for that alone. I remember Jessie J talking about that too when she performs live she doesn't care how she looks, she just wants to put her all into sounding good. And she's always better live than in the studio. Leave your vanity at the door and sang it.

I loved that jewel song " who will save your soul," when I was 13 and 14 I practiced singing it and listened to it over and over! I still love Jewel she always had such a unique voice!

I can't get behind "Jessica Simpson is an incredible vocalist"
She was OK. Her belting was strained and forced, with a weirdly slow vibrato, and i think she threw her voice out pretty young, I don't think she can still sing now. That is all
