If You Struggle with Anxiety, These Tricks Could Save Your Life
There was a time in my life when I was completely debilitated by anxiety. Fortunately, I have put in a lot of work over the years and studied to understand neurochemically what was happening to me when anxiety would step in to ruin the day. In this Q & A, I am answering 6 common questions about anxiety and laying out the exact process I use and the logic you’ll need to start mastering your own anxiety with time and effort. I remember how hopeless I felt and I now know how simple and effective some of these tips are to put into practice. Action cures all and the sooner you implement these tips the sooner you can start to feel superhuman and reach your true potential.

Tom, thank you for making this video. It has been one of the pivotal tools I’ve used to manage anxiety. Pattern interrupt. Breathe. Shift my thinking to what is important to me. Very grateful.

I am a survivor of anxiety disorder since 2017, I was very disturbed by your video thumbnail. very disturbing for anxiety disorder survivors like me. Be wiser in creating a thumbnail or title for a video aimed at people who experience anxiety disorders.

You hit the nail in the head. Panic feeds itself. You are worried about getting anxious and that leads to anxiety and panic. A positive feedback loop.

as a person suffering with health anxiety you thumbnail is highly inappropriate. Idk if you are a psychiatrist, a psychologist, or a life coach, or someone who overcome anxiety but just based on the thumbnail alone you should not be trusted with these topic. I highly doubt you know how we feel. so before you posts contents like these how bout you think of an appropriate thumbnail first.

Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.

How do you deal with the fact that you have lost to anxiety for the past 4 years and in the process you have lost your identity, destroyed you university grades and you are emotionally disturbed by it. Every time I am anxious, I am emotionally disturbed by the fact I am anxious and all I want to do is avoid it. What should I do?

Anxiety boils down to one thing, the fear that you wont survive. The more times you prove your anxiety wrong, the more aware and calm you become. None of your thoughts can kill you, nobody in the history of the world has died from anxiety. Just something to remind yourself of

I suffer from severe health related anxiety and have been for a number of years now, actually right now my anxiety focus of attention is my anxiety itself and depression. I am intensely worried nearly 24/7 with very troubled sleep over the point that I have been suffering from anxiety disorder and depression for long enough that no treatment can work even though I haven’t had any substantial treatment therapy or medication. How can get a break ? What can i do ?

If there are few words that I can use to describe how I feel they are, Scared, anxious, excessive worry. About what you might ask, well about my health and my mental state, for example am scared I have depression. Vicious circle. Could I be suffering from severe anxiety but actually not depressed or the 2 are the same ?

I feel like you were in my brain. I have dealt with the exact same issues until I went to a therapist and went through cognitive behavioral therapy. It was honestly, probably the most important thing I've ever done to improve my life.

I had Anxiety.
I had a 135k job in 2005 and was laid off in 2010. 2011 I decided to become a minimalist so I moved to St Maarten and became a bar tender. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE!
Yea I'm making 38k a year; however, I have ZERO STRESS, ZERO ANXIETY, ZERO DRAMA, and I have REAL Friends and Happy life.
RIP American Dream! 😅
Best way to kill Anxiety is to let it all go, let go of your job, ambitions, money, and American dream. The best feeling ever 😊
