Hi my mother found out that we are descendants of a Native American tribe not federally recognized. They were in Ohio and was pushed out in the 1800s. They look darker skin like some of my lineage. Any advice?

The problem is not using resources provided for us but the insane consumption of everyone else in America and the mishandling of public resources. I don’t blame the Navajo for not trusting the decision. I hope their protections stay in place with this decision and no more divisions. 💔
