I dont agree with the alex pretty shooting, but we must have watched a diffent video. The one I saw he shoved the agent and that led to the rapid spiral. The week prior he was smashing ICE vehicle taillights, so peaceful he was not. Again, not saying that justified him getting shot, but we should be honest about the facts.

Josh has the genius so rarely seen (especially since we lost George Carlin) of wrapping the bitter pill of social commentary in a sugared coating of brilliant comedy. The tone-deafness of comedians trying to pander to both sides STILL is so sophomoric. There ARE bad actors within both parties, BUT both parties are NOT the same and to say so is to ignore so many relevant factors, like not having control of enough branches of government to enact change, the stacked supreme court, the fact that a lot of these politicians also have families and don't want to be murdered like the woman in Michigan or get death threats like so many judges, the fact that a lot of dems with balls of steel ARE actually fighting for our lives and risking everything to do so, and that during the times when democrats held majority I am going to bet that you and those criticising dems for not doing enough were NOT writing to your politicians or speaking out about the reforms that could have happened while they were in office. The time to reform is once this shitshow is over. Until democrats are elected back into office there's a snowball's chance in hell of any political reform. That should tell you something about whether "both parties are the same".
People pandering to both sides are partly to blame for where we are now. It's hubris. And every republican who has left office has left the following democratic administration with economic turmoil and some sort of international conflict, which democrats usually get blamed for despite fixing it.
Political parties are machines and structure, so yes, people make the parties. And I am NOT saying that every democrat is great, obviously that's not true. Newsom has been backsliding on some civil rights issues for example.
But democrats have largely been the ones advocating for universal healthcare, equity, better standards of living, and human rights. And it says something that most democratic states are in way better shape than those run with a republican majority.

So another rant of saying no facts. These are the facts of the situation. The UK completely banned guns, that guy pulled out a loaded handgun at a protest to try and stop an arrest. ICE going to go to your country and deport you makes no sense, because you are not in our country. You can worry about literally almost any other branch of our armed forces. It would be like our police or coast guard invading a country. We got other guys for that…

If the murder of Alex Pretti were seriously investigated, things would come to light that are being excessively tried to cover up in order to hide and protect the guilty… As long as we do not decipher this, democracy will not develop any further

My guy, chill with the rally talk already.
Your comedy is good enough despite it pandering specifically to impoverished minorities it also portrays poverty in general in America which is why it resonates with me. Color, creed, constitution or confabulation. You see what you look for as far as it applies to the subjective.
The tricking of a person to be subjected to the self help style affirmations and self justifications for just such a long period or such a weighty portion of your total videos / shows ….
Agree or disagree aside.
At best you are simply using validation as a psychological band-aid…… One that you are profiting on …..
Does that…. Really….. make YOU any better than "Them"??????

in 2026 there is no reason for comedy to disparage people who are fighting for their lives, literally. taxi drivers in the US work very long hours for NOT A LIVING WAGE. YOU CANT LIVE OFF THESE WAGES ALONE! and since health care is expensive in the US POOR DRIVER LITERALLY ARE DYING. they have no alternatives. so gg, i am downvoting and unsubscribing

the piece about Pretti as well as believing in people not parties made me cry. I used to believe that, was broken though by those who pretended to care and supposedly wanted to stand up for people. I hope everyone can keep that hope and optimism alive better than I could and beware of wolves in sheeps clothing
