Favorite Recipes From Legendary Musicians We Lost Too Soon
You may have thought about partying like your favorite rock stars to honor their legacies, but have you ever considered making their favorite recipe instead? Some of these looked surprisingly good: John Denverβs apple cake is pretty similar to a recipe of my grandmotherβs, known in Russian as sharlotka (though it uses less butter); I rarely turn down a good curry; I canβt blame Amy Winehouse for falling in love with Caribbean flavors; and incorporating more vegetarian dishes into my diet is something I try to do.

When I was a kid in the 70βs. I got a cookbook that was all recipes from rockstars. The only thing I remember was that Alice Cooperβs recipe was for tuna fish casserole. π

No. Shepherd's pie is always lamb, hence "shepherd's". Cottage pie is always beef.
