To be fair cats are the only animal that we didn’t have to give Stockholm syndrome. They just kinda hung out and annoyed us till WE got Stockholm syndrome and were like ”fuck it, if you’ll shut up I’ll let you inside”

Rather than make eye contact, my current cat actually reacts with horror if we walk in on her using the litter box.
