Sorry, not sorry. Bar dogs are real and Midwest cities downtown "corner stores" …easy down there east coast. Here they are called corner stores not shops…anywho yes, yes they have a counter DOG, not cat.

Normally named, Phill, or Jumbo, Cod, sometimes if they are an import from the west, Bubba.

In school of ope he says that ope is an apology for using air on earth, this means if you breath via gills or not at all or if you are not on planet Earth then you may not use ope. An important note for all those aspiring Midwestern astronauts

Wait up! I do not like to be an inconvenience to servers in a restaurant but I can ask for cutleries, right? Now I'm too scared. 😅

deer vs cow is my fave.

Would love to ice fish. Here in cape town we mostly do coast fishing. Really big pole, wheel bigger than a plate. And since we now use drones we dont have to caste from the waves. My setup was my grandfathers, thats how durable they were made back then. No beer, its illegal to drink on the beach. We spend the day fishing and bring alone a braai. Spend the day talking kak, you're so far from the fish it doesnt matter. I caught two baby great whites over the years. Thats how thick out lines are. Because the fish you are catching are huge. Sometimes so big it takes 4 of us to bring it in. And as is traditional in our country, you bring the fish to local fish markets and donate it to the fisherman. Or sell it to the trawler guys for their lunch. You are only allowed to catch and keep little. So to get around the law, if you catch and donate you can keep fishing as much as you want. Laws are super serious when it comes to our wildlife. Poaching gets you 45 years here. But ice fishing looks awesome. Its south africa. It gets cold, but no snow. And even if we did get buy some miracle enough to be able to ice fish. Law would prevent it as there are no laws to control it so technically you would be fishing without the appropriate licence, and since we look after our enviroent more than our people you would get a kak big fine.

Hunting isnt a big thing in south africa. Dont know what this is in freedom units, but i went hunting once, you have to pay something like 14000 rand for a springbok, you have 3 days and you can only shoot a springbok, not a kudo or anything else just a springbok. And if you miss and dont find one, sucks to be you, you dont get your money back. You have to travel in an open top 4×4 with a guide. Why? Because were you're hunting there are lions elephants, hyena, rhinos and a whole bunch of animals out there ready to kill you. So you're not only out there tracking, but 80 percent of you are focused on what else is out there. Oh and you're not allowed to hunt them at a watering hole because thats considered unfair and you get fined in your ghut. Hunting isnt impossible. And i got my kill. But your in the veld not in a town.

I’m from Louisiana/Mississippi and I somehow developed an ope/ope sorry instinct naturally before I found these vids. Only thing I can think of getting it from is my midwestern archery coach but I don’t think I’m around him enough to unconsciously adopt it
