I don't recall a lot of Black people at Standing Rock. This solidarity seems to only go one way. Maybe if we talked about sh*tty white people specifically instead of generalizing some racial tensions could be eased. I live in Oklahoma. Poor white hillbillies don't have a good time with the police or solid retirement plans either. Seems like there is a missed opportunity. Consistently twice as many Whites are killed as Blacks by the police annually. Of course, Natives aren't in the conversation.
50% of democrats are White. This is not to say they are perfect, or even good. But it does suggest they are more sympathetic to your LGBTQ and antifa views. I question the wisdom of painting them with the same brush and risking alienation. Nothing will get done politically without a critical mass of them. That is the situation

Breaking this down is so powerful. Being in such a precarious place and lending your support to those being targeted. And yes to anyone not sure, this is a fascist world with real consequences impacting the people we dearly love.
