They will lose, they will win with the judge, and force's the owner to stop profiling, but the judge csn not strip the owner of his site
He will tell slipknot to offer yo buy it, and the owner should ask for a few million

Let "knot" pretend that this is "knot" just about the money "slipping" through their hands and going to someone else that was smart enough to take their name and trade on it? This feels more like a moral issue then anything. Whoever owns it still needs to buy merch and tickets prior to distributing them on the website like any store or ticket distributor would.

Sounds like they have the means to legally insure their future… Good lawyers are expensive! Lawsuits are expensive! It's easy to wrap up a huge amount of time and money; even on small lawsuits… Good on them. I'm sure it's always bugged the sh*t out of them that they couldn't use their own name for their website; on top of that to have their good name besmirched and their fans taken advantage of.

The website itself ISNT selling ANYTHING slipknot related, i checked it out. The dude BOUGHT the domain in the early 2000's and legally it is HIS property. Hes doing nothing wrong or illegal. If they want it so bad they need to pay the man for it! Slipknot have become moneyhungry douchebags that are willing to kick their own members out of the band because COREY AND SHAWN have both been found to have siphened money from the overall bands profite to put into their own business's that the other band members legally arent acreddited to!

Don’t feel bad for them at all. Shawn is a scumbag. They just want it for free because they think they’re entitled to it, and are mad because someone else got it first. Give me a cool 10mil or maybe 1% royalties on all future merch, ticket and album sales and it’s yours. 🤷 They definitely have the funds.
