Limiting beliefs are the disempowering stories you tell yourself about why this is harder for you or that’s impossible for someone like you. Often they stem from childhood experiences and get carried into our adult years. The problem is when you hold onto these stories as if they were fact. Tom has spent years learning and trying out personal rules, beliefs and systems that have allowed him to become the ultra-successful entrepreneur he is today. If success is something you desire and becoming a better version of yourself is a priority, you have to address your limiting beliefs. While Tom doesn’t believe you have to seek out every single limiting belief to overcome it, you do need to get new beliefs and systems in place that will be more empowering than the narrative you’ve been listening to. Get your belief structure together and your behaviors will follow suit.

Tom, in a separate video you mention how the only reason you haven't experimented with mushrooms is because you dont have access to them. Well by golly, young man, if that doesn't sound like an excuse to me lol. Are you short on cash? lol. Just make sure you do your wonderful research beforehand, and i dont actually advocate anything for anyone, except in saying microdosing appears to be good for neurogenesis.

So – to answer the question how to identify the limiting beliefs that hold us back: our believes are tested out the time- so be aware of how you feel in each situation that you feel uncomfortable or stressed or anxious- these emotions would guide you – once you become aware of them – you need to step back and ask why am i feel long like this and the limiting beliefs we hold unconsciously will become to the surface- sometimes not even the thoughts that hold that belief is so clear – that’s why stepping back and become aware of what you are thinking at that moment would reveal your beliefs- hopefully that makes sense – and i just experience that now – will give you the situation in the next comment!

– The human species is capable of extraordinary change I’m gonna have to put time & energy into doing it, but I’m capable of getting this change therefore I can do anything I set my mind to therefore it really matters what I choose to spend my time on therefore I want to put structure and discipline in my life so that I can move forward on things that excite me & matter to me because I really can have this big crazy goal that I’m thinking of so my discipline is really born from my desire to achieve my goal coupled with my belief that I can actually get there
– Desire & Belief get those two things right and the discipline will take care of itself

you just can't fight the trend . this world is really coming ….. My advice to new investors: Buy good companies NFTs and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless.
