This is the fourth episode of our new series, 80s Dinner & A Movie, where we invite our friends over for a themed dinner and classic 80s movie. This time we’re watching the hilarious Chevy Chase comedy, Fletch. After a delicious dinner of steak sandwiches and Doctor Jellyfinger cookies for dessert, we screened the movie and engaged in a lively conversation covering topics relating to the film such as our favorite Fletch disguises, funniest one-liners, and even the state of investigative journalism today. We hope you enjoy revisiting this 1985 hit film as we share some thoughts and plenty of laughter!

Would love to see you guys do a 1980s PDF cooking book. Perhaps a collection of all your movie night culinary creations. The faux lobster peppers look amazing. Will be attempting to make those myself. Really digging all the inspiration amidst all the vids!

I'm gonna have to look for it on DVD. I hadn't seen that movie in years!!! Looking at that Steak Sandwich makes me want to get one right now!!! You two should do a Dinner And A Movie for Vacation, and for Christmas you should do Christmas Vacation!!!

They sure don't make movies like this anymore. I never realized (just checked top movies of 85) that this came out same year as national lampoons European vacation.

Regarding Roger Ebert:
He wrote one of the most awfully funny movies.
It’s called “Beyond the Valley of the Dolls”
It is a seriously Messed up film,with a cult following.
Yeah,imagine that,a credible movie critic made that disaster🤣
