Screw driver makes the most sense because its purpose is to literally drive screws. Some like hammer don't really make sense. I mean how is pounding a nail hamming it? Shouldn't it be called a pounder?

    – And if they saw it in action, they saw a saw saw.
    – What’s the big deal if someone saw a saw saw?
    – You also have to consider if someone saw it through a jar of salsa.
    – Why would someone saw salsa?
    – Well I don’t know, but that would mean that they saw a saw salsa.

Haven't seen anyone else mention it, but the origin of Screwdriver (as a drink) is that it was made by construction workers, who would stir it with their screwdrivers (as in the tool)

4 years too late, not there could have been a joke with "drill":
"You were going to come up with a name for this thing?"
"Oh, you were being serious? I thought you asking me to do that was just a drill."
    "That works!"

    Good video. I'll leave now
