    there was a worksafe PSA I used to see on tv where a woman spills acid over her face, that one messed me up- it was called “if you’re not sure ask – Beth’s story”

    The drug thing where they present it as you do it once and youre addicted forever, but really its fine the first time and then you get addicted over time… thats soooo real.

    Yeah, I used to get stoned. A few years back, I was pretty down. I had just started this job, and my plugs weren't taking, my parents were brutally murdered, and I was fat. So I turned to pot hoping it would solve all my problems. But you know something? The only thing it fixed was my life. I know it feels good. I know we've all read the "scientific" studies that say it's not addictive and that there are no side effects. But scientists don't smoke pot. We do. And that's the difference. Look, all I'm saying is if you still wanna smoke pot, then be prepared to spend a lot of time laughing with your friends. Think about it.

    To be honest i was kinda disappointed in this video with the lack of research being done. Especially considering the heavy topics. I know this channel is supposed to be a joking commentary but PSAs cover serious discussions. I feel like a bit of research on the things you might've been confused about such as the STD psa could've saved you from looking super ignorant. With these sort of things you can make jokes for sure but make sure to be informed. A quick google search would've told you babies can be born with or have stds transmitted through breastfeeding. Also STDs aren't necessarily spread through intercourse. And that's just the main thing being discussed in the comments. Most of these PSAs were made for good reason and research shows they did by many ways worked in what they aimed to accomplish. I write this with the hope you'll do more research in the future regarding such serious topics and not give off the wrong impression. Overall i find your videos super fun. I don't mean to jump on the bandwaggon or wtv I just kinda felt it was important or wtv

    15:00 my family actually has a wooden toilet seat, and we're American! We used to have a porcelain seat until it broke, then plastic, and finally wood. It's actually pretty nice. Doesn't get cold during the winter, doesn't get hot in the summer. 👍

    In Canada there was a PSA of a boy running from a group of girls and the boy eventually runs out of breath and the girls catch up and all start kissing him, it was a PSA against sexual assault I believe

    the STD thing is because a lot of them can be contracted via blood or other bodily fluids. So the baby would have asumedly had one that was pasted to him from mom. Same reason that people with STDs cant donate blood today.

    From what I remember, kids touching electric fences was an issue over here. I dont know if the electric fence ptsd ad helped with the issue tho
