Activities That Can Be Traced Back to Pagan Culture
Links between holiday traditions and pagan culture are well established – and occasionally celebrated – but there are also a lot of misconceptions about paganism that make the word itself a bit taboo. Paganism isn’t something to be feared or shunned. In Latin, “pagan” was simply the word for villager or civilian. Religious connotations that developed during the Middle Ages made pagans into heathens rather than outsiders. With all that in mind, there continues to be a pervasive presence of paganism in the modern world.

In Iraq there are a few religions which are not Judaism, Christianism or Islamism. Maybe they are similar in some ways.
They also use cross covered with a white cloath on their churches or places of worship. They are not Christians.

Yeah, every Christian holiday got appropriated from the pagan religions because THAT is what the people were comfortable with, and if you want converts, you make it as comfortable and as familiar as possible. I prefer Samhain/Dios de los Muertos as holidays.

Having guests over for dinner is Pagan. The dining room is a remnant of the mead hall, likewise the loungeroom. The reciprocal nature of host and guest was called Ghosti, which we get the terms host and guest as well as ghost. Guests brought gifts as they do now. A dish, desert, a bottle of wine. From this we get the sacrifice. Feeding the gods in order to gain their gifts.

Why the hell did we ever think we needed to kill other living beings to appease a god? And now, the Church has one of the best records around for that activity… many estimate it at about 60 million. And you thought Stalin or Mao were horrible…

Paganism is false—Jesus is the only way to the Father.
Exodus 20:3 (NIV)
“You shall have no other gods before me.”
God commands exclusive worship—no idols, no other paths. Only Him.
Isaiah 41:13 (NIV)
“For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.”
The living God is personal, present, and powerful—ready to help those who trust in Him.
1 Timothy 2:5–6 (NIV)
“For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all people.”
Only Jesus stands between God and humanity. No rituals. No idols. Just Him—our ransom and Redeemer.
John 10:30 (ESV)
“I and the Father are one.”
Jesus isn’t just from God—He is God. One with the Father, worthy of all worship.

There’s only one truth. One way. One Savior—Jesus Christ.
Everything else is deception

ALL modern churches and synagogues are chock full of false traditions (embellishments not in Scripture), precepts of men (manufactured theology), and doctrines of demons (assimilated paganism) as was prophesied! Those in pulpits “tickle the ears” of their congregations by telling them what they want to hear.
The true church was called The Way (Gr. tēn Hodon/Heb. HaDerech) as is mentioned throughout Acts as well as the Dead Sea Scrolls. Enoch and Elijah, the two witnesses of Revelation, will re-establish The Way during the Tribulation in preparation of Christ’s Second Coming.
2 Timothy 2:15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth. (NASB95)

Unlike the pagan gods who demanded the blood of their followers, the God of Israel poured out His own. While false gods required human sacrifice to prove devotion, the one true God became the sacrifice to prove His love, to give us everlasting life… He is not only worthy of our worship—He redefines what love and holiness truly mean

Freya is NOT the wife of Odin and mother of Thor, that would be FRIGG. Freya was married to Od, who left her after their wedding night and she notably has no children. She did sleep with Odin at one point, but then again, Odin got around like a horndog.

Hi. Freja was not the wife off Odin. Odins wife was called Frigg. Frigg was the goddess off marrige and birth. Freja was the goddes off sexuality and fertility. Frejas husbond was called Od, proberbly short for the god Hermod. they sound simuler, but are described as different goddesses in severel accounts. Friday is named after Frigg, not Freja.

So, if you follow Exodus, you believe in underage GIRL trafficking for the purposes of SLAVERY AND SEX. You can have sex with the girl at ANY AGE YOU BUY HER!
@ThomasLiden-c2q
February 18, 2026 at 6:28 am
Exodus chapter 21 states you must provide your underage girl slave with intercourse, food, and shelter. After you get married you still need to give your slave girl sex and food.

If you think not accepting certain parts of the Bible are wrong, Exodus chapter 21 verse 7 states "A man can sell his daughter into slavery and she will be a slave longer than a man servant".

Halloween is a Christian Holiday. All Hallows Eve . Saint Valentine's is the day we celebrate the Saint who performed secret weddings while the Roman emperor persecuted Chrisfians. Weddings are the celebration of the covenant made between Men and Women, instituted by God in the beginning of all things. Easter is rooted in the resurrection of Christ and there's literally just one source that vaguely references the pseudo godess aostra. The easter bunny is rooted in Protestant Germany Lore. Christmas is literally the celebration of God Almighty.
