Be nice and patient, provide clear instructions, if your working with "extras" make sure you have the /freeze command so you can give people instructions without them wandering around, and have a plan before gathering everyone for filming! 😀

And this is why I love your videos! Most people make it like a tv show, which is good! But you make it as if we were actually there! Which is better! lol. I just love your way of thinking which episode is going to look like what! It makes the hole video look more real and like a true story.

Nah I enjoy my current levels of shake for these shots, and not all objects have to be centered in frame, I'm not a fan of linear shots like your explaining. Try taking a step out of the box in filmmaking. No need to follow a certain format for every shot. However I'll be the first to admit not all my shots are perfect. Guess we'll have to agree to disagree, thanks for your feedback!

I agree on that there should be camera shake up in the sky but the kind of camera shake you are using is completely wrong. I think you should go for less camera tilting and either slower or faster movements of the shake. Also that the airship at 0:21 isn't centred is odd since we naturally try to look directly at things of interest since we see the most details in the centre of our view.

Hey thanks for your suggestion! However, I have to disagree. The shaky camera is known as the jitter cam technique. I usually apply it to wide establishing shots for the airship flight. It almost makes the viewer feel like they're up in the sky looking at the ship, it also helps sell the effect a bit more. You'll mostly see that type of 'shakiness' in J.J. Abrams Star Trek movies, I just happen to like how it looks on these shots. To each they're own though 🙂
