No wonder my memory of this show was vague considering from what I googled the big comfy couch aired in March 2nd 1992.

Considering I was born in December the 1st 1990 I would not have even been 2 year's old at the time.

I still remembered the show from the thumbnail of the video.

I loved this show as a kid!!!!!!
The episode I remember most clearly was “Empty and Full”. I remember Granny having an accordion and talking about how “you fill it with air and the air comes out as myyooooooosiiiiick!” But what I remember especially was Loonette finding a caterpillar that later dies. “It was once full of life but things can’t be like that forever”. Not many shows for children this young handle death as gracefully, just allowing the kid to sit with the feeling of this sucks and you’re allowed to be sad about it. I never really noticed the more emotionally aware moments of this show until I watched this

13:28 just in case I'm not the only one who hasn't heard of the word. Let me save you a Google  antimacassar /ˌæntɪməˈkæsər/ is a small cloth placed over the backs or arms of chairs, or the head or cushions of a sofa, to prevent soiling of the permanent fabric underneath.[1] The name also refers to the cloth flap 'collar' on a sailor's shirt or top, used to keep macassar oil off the uniform.[citation needed]

All the clowns got together after dark to perform a "secret Circus" where they would do different tricks to make each other laugh… that is where clown babies come from 🤣🤣

This was so lovely to watch. I was born 97 and my sister 99 and we loved loonette and Molly. That's so crazy without 1 decision to restart filming, to allow airing to continue, and I wouldn't have had this show
