Americans talking about songs from other countries: Nabelschau. A german expression, literally "just looking at your own belly button", meaning "you are so obsessed with yourself you can't see the whole picture". That's the place where Donald Trump got birthed.

Need me to explain Tanuki to you and how they can use their nut sacks for many things such as: – boat, a shop stall, an umbrella, a fishing net, a blanket, a parachute, a wallet, a hat, and even a drum (which sounds like it would hurt if you used it)

What makes PSY more attractive over acts like LMFAO or Pitbull is precisely the fact that PSY is clearly and 100% a piss-take. LMFAO are trying to come across as that, but there's clearly a level of desperation in their attempts to appear cool regardless. PSY is just a doofus, which is endearing. Also, the lyrics to Gangnam Style are vastly more observant and profound than the party-asses-booze dross LMFAO serially come up with.

Now I know why Todd lives in fear of K-Pop stans…. 🙀

Maybe not insulting an entire music genre he knows next to nothing about could be a strategy for Todd going forward?

9:00 I find this line of discussion funny as in older videos Todd has gone on record saying that he can forgive a lot of lyrics if the music is good, and now here is in this video contradicting himself. Gee Todd, maybe people just like the music?

It's such a weird concept that all the popular media is in your native language. I know a lot of people who listen to foreign music and couldn't be bothered to learn what it's all about. On the other hand, it's so much more tolerable when you don't understand all the stupid hacky lyrics

Man, seeing years later how fucking much the jokes of PSY flew over every Westerner's head is fucking hilarious. But at last, he got the last laugh out of it and is now a huge star beyond just one funny novelty song. Like, seriously, he is actually treated as a serious star in K-pop these days.
