Brian Jonestown Massacre – Fire Doesn’t Grow on Trees – VINYL UNBOXING & ALBUM REVIEW
Andy from the FensePost Indie Music & Vinyl Blog looks at the 2022 album Fire Doesn’t Grow on Trees by Brian Jonestown Massacre on A Recordings Ltd.
He starts out talking a little about BJM before giving his brief thoughts on the album then doing an unboxing of the 180 gram black vinyl pressing, currently the only version on vinyl.
Andy mentions his recent video covering Acid, a little known and likely long lost Brian Jonestown Massacre Alias from 1993. You can check out that video here: https://youtu.be/u8lLyrtomDs

They had a bunch of aliases I recently learned. During Anton's most recent radio show he talked about how he would send in music to a local SF show under different names so that they would play all his different music. He went on to talk about how some of the band names he came up with were stolen.
The art for this album was done by his son Wolfgang who had no idea his dad was gonna use it for this album haha
