Will lack of news reduce interest in gold? Ummm…. there will always be news. You can't close the markets. And sure…if all of the political uncertainty dissapates then will gold will decrease? Will governments stop incurring unsustainable deficits? Almost certainly not! If anything the political and fiscal crises will only deepend in the coming quarters.

Gold doesn't care about your 'Unknown US Data'.

The Haven bid is all about the fact that the US dollar is a weaponsied, hyper inflated, depreciating, fiat toilet paper.

I don't even want to use a US dollar to wipe my ass cause it's so dirty. So it has even less use than toilet paper.

There is nothing the US can do to convince the world otherwise.

People don't care if there is a momentary blip in the DXY or a slight 'upside' swing in bond prices or a 'stregthening' in the US economy.

    The game is up.

Gold is money and the US dollar is trash.
