This Is Your Brain On Stale Air

Inside his homemade, hermetically-sealed, airtight biodome, Kurtis Baute is already out of breath and surrounded by more carbon dioxide than he should be. And that’s going to affect a lot of things — including how smart he is.

Now I can convince my dad that we should install a house exhaust system for nice days when you can just run a fan, but also to just keep fresh air in the house on actually hot and cold days 😁

Okay aside from ending my own life and taking as many other people with me, how can I, a blue collar worker influence global climate change?
getting sick of all these videos preaching to people like me, when those responsible hear nothing, and aren't expected to do anything.

I'm here because i started such suspecting not "airing out the room" for days… Weeks as the cause of my declining mental clarity, but it just seemed like such a far fetched idea, i regularly suspect unventilated air as the reason for several issues, but overtime it seems like it's not that serious and then I'm also prioritising that i make sure bugs and spiders don't start coming in through an open window… And then I start the whole process again until i finally start suspecting the air.

Al Gore said we'd have been gone by 2000 and we're still here. Plant more tree, open your window or go walk outside, problem solved. Don't worry about end time or climate alarmists.

This could explain why, during my university days, whenever I entered lecture halls I often felt brain fog. It was this sudden feeling of wanting to fall asleep, but it was so strange because I shouldn't have been sleepy. Normalize opening windows every so often!!!

Mate there are infinite ways we can individually make a difference in our earths atmosphere. Unfortunately its not up to us individuals but instead our shareholders.
