    1. Do you have any religious beliefs? Why or why not?
    2. Who are the most difficult philosophers that you have read? (Mine is Kant and Hegel)
    3. Can you cover the philosophy of Thomas Aquinas? I hardly see any channel in Philosophy-tube covering him.

    Thank you for this. It's great to see you and hear you at the same time. I loved your analogy of the acclimatization to psychedelics. And you are absolutely right in one sense but also simultaneously not. It certainly depends on the individual and their life experiences. A lot of people smoke cannabis for years before they try heavy duty psychedelics like LSD, mushrooms and DMT, and this (kinda) helps them prepare (but nothing can truly prepare you) and acclimatize to the heights of consciousness that those heavy duty ones can take one to. You're a smart guy and I have no qualms encouraging you to try them, if one day you feel comfortable, and are willing to do a bit of research on them first. Honestly I feel like Huxley level smart tripping and that might just be because I'm a dumbass – but I have made some incredible connections under their infuence. Like looking at things from a different perspective. I feel like I am capable of empathizing with someone that there is no possible way I could otherwise. It's truly awe inspiring, but also terrifying – a bit like philosophy. There will be hard questions and a true sense of the incredible scope of the universe. But anyways I'm rambling now thank you again for the content.

    9:26 you certainly achieved your goal in me. I am a huge fan of Jordan Peterson, but your video was the first (and currently only) to show me some legitimate critiques of his theories.
