When I was little at one of my old houses there was one of these that came to the local price chopper every other weekend and when we moved away from that house the main thing I was mad about was that I would never see it again. But when I was 19 I moved out of my parents house and I went back to that town that I used to live in mostly just because apartments where cheap there and I got to see the wiener mobile again and now every other weekend I go to see it. No matter how depressing life gets seeing that thing always cheers me upπ
I used to work at a machine shop in Racine WI. There was a giant mold that they used to cast the body of these things outside a neighboring business. That was 1995ish. Could have changed when/where/how since then but it was a sight to see a mold of a giant weinermobile for sure.

Saw the Weinermobile as a child in Illinois about 1963 & still have my wiener whistle. Awesome to see the interior in the video.
