   you can use a ai blocker for these problems, or "click to remove element" its a fire fox extension, you can just click on the ai features to delete them

    I like how the things they advertise AI to do for us are, like, making art and music, navigating communication, and loving our loved ones. I like how the computer wants to slurp all the human parts out of my life and assume my humanity so that I can get back to what really matters- making purchases, and consuming content!

    The comment about scrolling Instagram reels on the toilet and saying "oh, do we need you to do that for us too?" Is kind of funny because Instagram actually recommends an "auto-scroll" feature by default these days, often times reminding you to turn it on.

    I have a love-hate relationship with the internet. It's offered me the ability to talk to and meet some of the most interesting people that I've ever met in my life, and witness some of the best forms of creative expression, but these days it's doing it's damned hardest to turn us mindless and useless zombies that can't function without scrolling our stupid feeds for several hours. It's saddening, but at least there are people who are fighting against it, and at least we have (for now) the ability to turn it off and do something else to avoid it
