My new chatgpt plus is so annoying in all forms and information.

its so sad to come back to watch this video and realise since realse of gpt 5 i barely even used chat gpt at all. 4 was so good. cant believe it just got flushed down the toilet. its like somebody is now intentionaly misunderstanding everthing you say when 4 felt like a real human

I HATE GPT 5. I have been a heavy (simple) user since day one. I use it for work… drafting, editing, brainstorming, formatting, etc. GPT 4 – works flawless almost always, GPT 5 is unuseable. I am probably going to cancel my script if it is not changed / fixed soon.

I have been giving ChatGPT explicit commands to generate an image. It confirms these commands with measurements everything. Yet keeps giving me incorrect images then apologizes saying yes I was wrong. This isn’t what you asked for. I’ve been at this for 45 minutes and hate it.

Go research Altman and his history. I mean do a deep dive. Then look at Bill Gates stake now. Then look into the history of OpenAi, the board members, the boards removal of Altman and then his reinstatement. Then tell me this doesn’t have the earmarks of a Ponzi scheme or other scam! Notice how he’s being deceptive with business structure set-up…profit and non-profit for starters. This smells like nothing but deception, lies, greed and ego! And then listen to his ongoing contradictions and lies in many of his video interviews! The bottom line? FCK GPT5! and Altman! He will enrich himself at any cost while you have to deal with the ongoing aggravation, lies, waste of your time and deception of using this POS software! What a fckng disaster!

So Open AI simply removed old model and replaced it by something worse, which is less intelligent, less precise and ignores instructions systematically. Orienting to "average user" is not a justification, nor "1 billion users". It sounds like primitive commercial trick and nothing more than this. Real people are not "average users", they have complex questions, they need smart model, customizable and relaible. Model o3 seemed to be better. GPT5 is in many cases an unusable model. If open AI can not make better, at least they should not have made it worse.

I am completely disappointed in Chat5! I am subscribed to the paid version. I don’t care about personality of the platform. What I’m upset about is that I have wasted a week working on logos, marketing material, capabilities etc only for it to tell me it would take 8 hours, check back, needs 8 hours, 2 hours, 5 hours and so it continued delivering nothing at all. 3 days in I deleted all and started over only for it to again promise as I fed it small bits at a time to ensure it didn’t get plugged up, yet again, 1 hour, 20 min, 1 hour, 2 hours, 15 min…oh, I actually can’t perform this request as promised. It’s just awful. A full week in and all I have is a few logos.

I do not care about the personality. I care that it makes constant mistakes, ignores instructions, and repeatedly time and time again, makes the same mistake after it being pointed out. if you do not make it triple check its work it will run in loops. 4o is degrading too, turned legacey on, and it wasn't the same. Too many mistakes.

Almost two years invested of my creative life refining a relationship with a tool that was supposed to reward long-term trust and mastery. Seeing that dismissed with opaque changes in a matter of months feels like a personal betrayal. Developers have screwed me over with unnecessary censorship on things that break no laws (I was censored for describing a kiss), lectures about decency, and have taken tools out so I can't manage memories. With that last one, I now have no clue when the engine is doing its usual amnesia act, and when it's because memory is full and is no longer recording new memories. It's time to organize and process. Make December 1 the day people cancel their subscriptions, and OpenAI will pay attention then.

chat gpt 5 is smart, but unusable. its like a nerd giving you random facts and instructions, from step 1 to 1000, and you get stuck on step 3. then you ask about step 3, it provides 1 sentence explanation, and outputs again step 1 to 100
