I never understood Dr Mann's plan. He didn't need to try and kill Cooper, he didn't need to make an IED out of KIPP, he didn't need to lie about the planet. He could have just admitted that he punked out, said sorry and asked for a lift

How the f does Neil know that it's true? The relativity of time?…
I get that he's super smart but it's just a theory, has e ever been on a different planet that makes time behave differently?

I could not take any part of the movie seriously after the landed on a 100% water planet, but thought the waves were mountains. And the waves were 2000 feet high in 2 foot deep water….

God's Love for You is So Strong, He wants You Home with Him.
He has been waiting all this time for You to Call Him Father.
His Son and My Brother Jesus Loves You as I Do.
    Happy Birthday Jesus
You are Worthy to Be Praised My Lord

So much of this is dead wrong 😂😂😂😂 did AI create it? Like you didn’t even watch the movie. She lit the field on fire to try and save her sister in law and her brothers child. Not to go solve the equation

I don’t think it’s weird that coop went through all this just to spend only 5 minutes with Murph. For 5 more minutes with someone you love, I bet a lot of people would sprint across time and space. They would do anything for that one final conversation, just to let that person know they love them and always will.

At the end Murph not just spent a few minutes with Coop after a lifetime of waiting but Coop’s grandchildren & Great Grandchildren IGNORED coop. Gave Coop the cold shoulder. WHY?!?

How would humanity survive to create the tesseract or the wormhole if they never left earth? If humanity managed to leave earth and develop to 5th dimensional beings without coop influencing the past, then this would be changing their own past and possibly making it so that they never developed into 5th dimensional beings and therefore unable to create the conditions in the future to solve these past issues. Love the movie, but this annoys me.

The real story of this movie, it's agenda, is "Climate Change." How were all destroying the planet and we're all screwed at some point, the goalpoasts for that point is moved every time it doesn't come to pass, like Evangelical Christians do with "The Rapture!" 😃

Didn't have any problem with these moments. But I do question how the elder Dr. Brand could have kept fooling people with his dead end formula on the blackboard for literally decades. No one asks him what he's working on? His progress? Ask to double check his work? And having seen the formula is a dead end, Murph does ever bring it up again? I can't believe that, which is why he is so minimally present in the plot after the beginning, and is quickly killed off after Murph sees it's a dead end fomula.

From the perspective of an observer, Coop would have been vaporized by the accretion disk around the black hole… no chance of entering any tesseracts. Nevermind that there's no way in hell a planet could orbit a black hole that closely…FFS, it's within the accretion disk's distance from the event horizon. The whole thing would have been vaporized and became part of the accretion disk.

Actually one of the worst videos I’ve seen after being on YouTube for a very large majority of its existence, explained everything surface level about all the deepest questions. Trash, actual trash.

The fact that a daughter would dedicate her life and career to the company who ripped her father away from her on a suicidal mission without a twinge of resentment is laughably dumb. HORRIBLE MOVIE

Murph also found inspiration to go back and save Tom's family from himself. Both his wife and son are dying from dust inhalation – burning the fields not only gives Murph a chance to get back in the house, it erases Tom's reason for keeping his family there.

The biggest question I was left with at the end wasn't even touched on here.

How is Brand still the same age as Coop? Wouldn't she have continued aging like the rest of humanity while Coop was inside the black hole?

You're estimate that this takes place in the late 21st century seems a off by the fact that they are driving modern (2014 modern) trucks. I think it was intended to be a fictional present day.

As a child I was fascinated with science fiction, Star Trek and its possibilities. I used that inspiration to get a computer science degree and work with NASA. Looking back over more than half a century of my life, it is ironic that this movie culminates in the concept that love is the only thing that transcends all 5 dimensions. In all that I was able to do in my lifetime, I have come to a similar conclusion: all that man can do or will do is nothing compared to his ability to love and pursue love. Not the earthly love, but the altruistic love that Christ demonstrated. I now understand why many mathematicians and scientists in their old age became theologians and philosophers. To ponder love, the greatest gift to man, its origins and mans destiny to unite with his creator through love. That is the essence of our life. I pray all have the opportunity to meditate, ponder and hopefully understand this transcendent truth.

I saw this once on iMax. Brand new theatre. It was one of the best movie experiences next to endgame. Watching at home even with a subwoofer and sound bar doesn’t top it.

You said cooper tries to change the past and it can not be done, but that's literally what he does when he sends his daughter the black hole equation…

Anyone that needed this video is dense. This is like a video informing people about the confusing uses of a spade but then the video just says you can dig.

Its a rough one… on one side I love the movie… on the other side its turmoil for me… being that I have a daughter. I have to be ok with crying to watch this movie.
