I know you're already into PoA, but I just wanted to say, I'm all for your reactions and theories or predictions! It's so fun to see someone's reaction that is discovering the stories for the first time.

i have to say i love these videos so far. i'm 34 and read the HP series for the first time earlier this year, and it makes me grin like an idiot. you talking about it makes me lol like an idiot. keep it up, please!

I definitely prefer hearing your reaction. I think most people watching these have already read the books, but a small summary is nice since many of us havnt read them in many years.

Maybe I'm asking for too much but I'd love for you to continue the summary and just add your thoughts about it in the same vid.
And when you finish each book, rate it, talk about the things that surprised you, things you may have got wrong and things that you totally saw coming a mile away.

Guess you can tell from all the suggestions that I love the books and I'm really enjoying watching your vids as well. 🙂

I'm definitely just watching for your opinions / thoughts on the books, and don't need the summaries. But I don't mind them, if other people are enjoying having a summary.

i like the current summary and opinion amounts, i haven't read the books in a minute and the refresher with your input is a great combo!

For readers and viewers of the Harry Potter series (which I assume most of us aren't). I think it's fun to see the perception of someone who is experiencing Harry Potter for the first time. So keep the format plz!

In my opinion Prisoner of Azkaban and Order of the Phoenix are the best books. I'm glad you're reading them, but I'm sure you miss out on a lot of the experience since you don't get to age with the books. I actually would have had no idea you were enjoying it from the first couple of minutes of the synopsis, lol. Looking forward to more.

The summary is cool but I'm guessing most of us have read the series. I like seeing reactions and personal thoughts from the perspective of someone reading it first time as an adult.

I agree, the time spent on the summary is fine but I'd like to hear more of your thoughts on things (tho that would prob make the vids longer, I personally don't mind that lol). It's really fun seeing someone else read these books for the first time (how I wish I could do that again!) Love the vids man, thanks!

Yeah, you can summarize just like you're doing, it's fine. More reactions, definitely.
But I would really like to see you doing predictions, which I think you did in the first video, and latter go back to see what was right or wrong.

I like the amount of summary, as it is true that I haven't read the book in some time. I had forgotten until he was mentioned just who Colin Creevey was, for example (though that may just be because I suck at names).

I would like to see more of your reactions, not to the extent of criticism, but maybe some speculation or character analysis? Just seems like a lot of the runtime is just the summary.

I really really do not like Quidditch. Think about it: they could have invented ANY sport they wanted to, and Quidditch is what got popular? They could have a high speed race with the brooms, or transform the players into a game (like the croquet from Alice in Wonderland) or play a Harry Potter version of Pokemon or have a Cook Off… and those are just off the top of my head the magic games I'd rather see…

Also, a skilled Seeker could just end the game in 3 minutes, or the game could go on for hours if both teams suck. Even the people who LARP the game included a time limit…
