This particular story might be fiction but we see on daily basis people who die out of hunger, misery and fighting others wars and conflicts. The natural empathy in people wake up, and aided with visual and sound effects it triggers our mirror neurons… All of a sudden we feel emotionally inclined to that particular situation. We just feel a glimpse of their pain… We super impose it on our life(story)…

We shared story with eachother orally and later with writing for millennia
Story is the mother of every other medium to art
And all pieces of art come with their own stories to illustrate their origins
