I loved Family Matters, up until it became the Steve Urkiel show. I liked seeing the family get in and out of situations in a comedic way. As it switched more to Steve I became less interested as the stunts where getting over played and you could see the old cast just getting phased out. He should have gotten his own show long before they changed Family Matters to his show. Such a horrible thing to do to the original cast. It may have not gone on as long but lets be honest a lot of those shows got way over played by the time they ended and Family Matters sadly not only got over played but changed completely from what it started out as.
