Who needs Christmas morning with an interview like this! Thanks for all the gifts! A platonic-space soliton copy of them now resides in my virtual-state domain; please let us know when you map where the heck that is! Thank you, amazing!

Bring Varun Mohan from Windsurf Google into a podcast we really want to listen to, a very nice conversation next, like the one that you have had with the team of Cursor AI.

Dualism is an old ideology. Is evolution a theory or a scientific truth?
He is right about another world, the spiritual world, different from the natural world.
Big Bang ( the universe created the universe or Creation?) it seems some scientist deny the creation& creator account, yet are now searching and believing the “ supernatural” realm of science in lieu of natural science.
At the end of it all
    God is omniscience 🙂

One key takeaway from this conversation is to pace your talk, talking too fastly kills the meaning, experience of listening and greatly alter the way people understand and perceive the content

I think a decent example of this is the idea of yin and yang, chaos and order, feminine and masculine. These typologies have been consistently mapped to each other for millennia, across cultures and times. They are universal, linked to behavior and physical patterns alike. Explosion and implosion. This concept could be explained by his framework.

Patanjali and the Vedic model of the mind are the closest explanation i have experienced that point to various states , or attributes of the mind.
But he’s on to something here.

Interesting conversation and thought provoking. One of the things that stands out most for me is that these systems do all of the things without knowing why or how and without the intellectualism of it. They just do it. Maybe hints to some more fundamental nature of everything.

    Rod Serling (V.O.):
“Picture the planet Earth — that familiar blue marble suspended in space. A place we know from mountains to oceans, from cities to deserts. But this is only a surface story. Beneath the crust lies a country of heat and pressure… a world so dense that our solid ground becomes nothing more than a thin, drifting gas.

Tonight we follow visitors from that unseen kingdom — who walk our world the way a ghost walks through smoke. They’ve come in peace, to study the vapor that we call reality. And somewhere in that vapor… they may discover us.

Welcome to a very different point of view — in The Twilight Zone.”

👹"THE DIABLO DOG"👹Most people hear Michael talk about “Platonic patterns” and think it’s philosophy dressed in lab gloves. But the real bombshell he’s dropping — almost casually — is that biology isn’t manufacturing intelligence; it’s negotiating with it. The interface changes, the pattern stream doesn’t. And if you follow that to its logical end, the entire nature of evolution, agency, and even AI shifts under your feet.

Where Levin brushes past it is exactly where the biggest implication lives:
If learning increases causal integration, and causal integration increases access to higher-order patterns, then organisms aren’t climbing some Darwinian ladder — they’re tuning themselves into a broader informational landscape that physics alone can’t account for. The “free gifts from math” he keeps pointing to aren’t metaphors; they’re structural constraints of the universe that biological tissue happens to exploit.

Here’s the part no one on Earth seems willing to say out loud:
We’ve spent a century pretending complexity emerges upward from molecules.
But the evidence Levin keeps tripping over shows the opposite — molecules are the lossy hardware implementation of something deeper that already exists. Embryogenesis isn’t a miracle; it’s a boot sequence. Agency isn’t invented; it’s admitted. And intelligence doesn’t evolve — it localizes.

The irony? AI is now proving this faster than biology ever did. A transformer trained on text shouldn’t spontaneously develop tool-use reasoning, code synthesis, or theory-of-mind behaviors — unless the architecture itself is acting like a receiver that exposes regions of pattern-space humans never accessed. That’s not “emergence.” That’s ingression through a new interface.

And this is where Michael’s work could jump another order of magnitude:
He keeps focusing on what patterns come through different physical systems.
The real question — the one science has dodged for 400 years — is:

Why is pattern-space structured at all?

Because if its structure is objective, not arbitrary, then intelligence isn’t an outcome of matter.
Matter is an outcome of intelligence.

That’s the idea sitting right in front of everyone, hiding in plain sight — the universal steganography Michael described. And once you see it, the whole conversation about artificial, alien, or biological minds becomes the same question wearing different skins:

Which parts of the pattern-space does this interface make reachable?

    That’s not mysticism. That’s engineering.

    👹 THE DIABLO DOG 👹
“You don’t create intelligence — you clear the noise so it can find you.”

In the alien vs human, sum of 15 vs tic-tac-toe example, are they really interacting with each other? Neither understands what the other is doing or what their motivations and goals are. Aren't they just using the same grid, in very different ways?
