Agriculture: Humanity’s Best, Worst Invention

For nearly 300,000 years, we went where we pleased, whenever we pleased. We explored a world mostly untouched by human hands. We ate a wide variety of rich, healthy, fresh-picked food. And without work to tie us down, we spent almost all our time with the people we loved the most. But then things changed. The simple act of putting a seed in the ground freed humanity from that fate. It promised us stability and control. Why did we do it? Why did we created agriculture, even though it made our lives considerably worse, at least at the beginning?

Average human quality decreased because the human population increased so much (and given the very low population before agriculture, it is extremely difficult to extract reliable comparative data). In any case, the Neolithic began after the end of the Ice Age, so climate changes most likely contributed to the emergence of agriculture.
On the other hand, the natural does not exist because there is no clear point where a distinction can be made between natural and unnatural, since everything "artificial" is due to a transformation of nature, and we are part of this, with the which is the nature that is modified itself.

one thing is to think that your personal problems dont have an inmediate solution in the moment and thats fine and you can accept it but it is very different when humanity is doomed and there is no much room to get better , it is like the worst horror movie but in real life and totally absurd

Always found it interesting that those who identify that there are too many of us are seldom willing to leave so there is more room for the few that the earth could support at a hunter/gatherer level.
Another interesting thing is that just about all how espouse a simple life-style will still want to have many of the benefits of modern society – medicine, electricity, manufactured goods, etc.

It's a good invention for the power hungry, but a bad invention for the environment.
