Professor Pig and Mr. Scarface definitely deserve to be at the top of the list and black mask is really underrated in my opinion, but I also feel like the man had her deserves a lot more attention and so does clock king.

Personally, I would love to see more female villains take the spotlight, like the obscure but beautiful Inque. Going as her this Hallows Eve, but there’s so little reference to her that it makes me sad, ESPECIALLY when she has so much potential to be a superb villain against the Batfam.

How about lockup? His absolute crimes end methods on how he treats people isn’t just insane. It’s also cruel and with his backstory it actually reminds people that Arkham asylum is still an asylum meaning a safe haven for people.

Characters like White Rabbit, Magpie, Humpty Dumpty, Mr. Bloom, and Tarantula need more attention and not in some comedian’s possession.
