To test this theory, we talked to the West Virginians who have been slammed by historic flooding in recent weeks. FEMA has been an extremely corrupt organization. These floods happened during the Biden administration in NC, FEMA refused to help the citizens. It was unbelievable. I hope FEMA gets dismantled.
