Therapists don't give advice, they're supposed to just guide you toward doing what is most effective based on your values and goals and mental health or whatever. I had a dangerous ex that I clearly needed to cut off, but my therapist never told me what to do. He had me realize on my own it's what I needed to do. Just an example. She either had a sh*tty therapist or lied 😂 "You should probably respond" HELL no 😂
